My Favorite Things

I am a person that likes toys from childhood. I have things throughout my home that are reminders of childhood. So I was inspired to paint things about what children like to play with. I feel that there is a child in everyone. In my life I have tried to make sure that I didn’t lose that part of me. Being an artist it allows me to go into other places and other times.

In this wax painting you will find a toy soldier with minute man hat and drum, teddy bear, rocking horse with saddle, beach ball, balloons and a marble.

I used a lot of different colors including; red, blue, green, gray brown, yellow and even some green!
